English: Seaman Standley Thomas, lee helmsman, describes to Petty Officer 3rd Class Adam Mcgonagle, aviation structural mechanic, how to pilot the aircraft carrier USS George Washington manually from the helm. Mcgonagle, from Saco, Maine, was selected to be Sailor of the Day.
