English: Navy Capt. Thomas M. Negus, commodore of USS Iwo Jima, and translator Staff Sgt. Vladimyr Merci, a native of Liancourt, Haiti, shake hands with Pardin Francois, director of Lycee Guillaud Haitian School, July 24, in Port-de-Paix, Haiti. USS Iwo Jima Marines and Sailors visited the Haitian school as part of a site mission visit in Port-de-Paix in preparation for military personnel and non-government officials to conduct humanitarian civic assistance as part of Operation Continuing Promise 2010.
