English: Electronics Technician 3rd Class Kristen Valiente, left, and Ship's Serviceman Seaman Charles Woods man an M240 machine gun during a small craft assessment team exercise aboard the amphibious transport dock USS New Orleans. New Orleans is currently deployed in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility conducting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts as part of the Boxer Amphibious Ready Group.
