English: Retired Army Reserve Capt. Arthur J. Jackson presents the Capt. James T. Cox, commanding officer of the amphibious assault ship USS Peleliu with the Medal of Honor pennant. Jackson was awarded the Medal of Honor for his bravery at the Battle of Peleliu during World War II, for which the ship was named.
