English: 150330-N-WO404-050 SAN DIEGO (March 30, 2015) – Quartermaster Seaman Daniel Andersen, a native of La Canada, Calif., stencils the ship’s award letter designators onto the side of the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Reagan is homeported in San Diego and is undergoing a Planned Incremental Availability (PIA) maintenance period at Naval Base Coronado.
