English: Seaman Peter Buckley, from West Roxbury, Mass., swims to retrieve the ships man overboard dummy, Oscar, during a man overboard drill aboard Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Shiloh (CG 67). Shiloh is on patrol with the George Washington Carrier Strike Group supporting of security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
