Ulm, Baden-Württemberg, Germany Deutsch: Verputztes Fachwerkgiebelhaus Herdbruckerstraße 7, viergeschossig mit jeweiligen Vorkragungen, 1560 erbaut, der Sgraffitoputz wurde um 1880 hinzugefügt, 1960 renoviert. In Verein Alt-Ulm e.V.: Ulmer Baudenkmäler, 1963 wird es in die Kategorie A eingestuft, d.h. das Haus war bereits vor 1945 denkmalgeschützt. Schon damals wurde festgestellt, dass eine Freilegung des Fachwerks wünschenswert wäre, was aber bis zum Zeitpunkt der Aufnahme nicht erfolgt ist. Als Bauwerk von Rang gelistet auf S. 135 in Hans Koepf: Ulmer Profanbauten: Ein Bildinventar, ISBN 3-17-007078-9. Gelistet auf S. 167 (Gebäude Nr. 164) in Erwin Zint: Bilanzierung Historische Bausubstanz Ulm, 1993. |
