English: Army Pfc. Cecil Harris, assigned to the Oklahoma National Guard’s 45th Infantry Division during World War II, is laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery, Oct. 22, 2014. Harris was killed in action and his remains weren’t discovered until almost 70 years later. Harris’ unit was fighting in Dambach, France, when his unit came under attack. After the battle, Harris became missing in action and, in late 2013, his remains were discovered by hikers in France and returned to the U.S. (Air National Guard photo by Tech. Sgt.
