Reduced image/file size

Just posting to say I've reverted the image to the higher pixel resolution since I think 10K isnt much of a bandwidth savings for such a large decrease in resolution, and most derivatives of this file seem to be using the larger size anyway. Soap (talk) 14:46, 26 January 2015 (UTC)

Could have done better as I did using the command optipng --out Angry_Wikipe-tan-optipng.png -- Angry_Wikipe-tan.png (Ubuntu 14.04), but given the small file size I don't think it worth uploading. Allen4names (talk) 16:45, 26 January 2015 (UTC)
