- No, as they appear to be different photographs, from slightly different perspective.
- Besides which, if they're both corectly accessible to Commons (and not trivial bitwise duplicates), why delete either? Whilst not perhaps "necessary" to have them both in such a case, nor would deletion convey a benefit. If one was only on WP under fair use, it would be different.
