Hello, my name is Dirk and i'm 31 years old. I'm just very rarely online at Commons. I'm mainly active at the englisch Wikipedia as User ChNPP or in the Nucleopedia (language is german) as user TZV. My favorite motives are big industrial plants and machines, but historical and random motives with abstract characters too. By problems you can use my talk page. But it is urgent, please add a massage on my talk page at the Nucleopedia. Alternative you can send me an e-mail to RBMK@gmx.net.

The Pulp- and Papermill Rosenthal is located in the southern part of the Thuringian Highland on the Saale river. The factory was sounded in 1883 as pulp mill with paper mill at Blankenberg. The technical aspect of the factory is very intresting. The highlights for photographs are the Lyeboiler and the cooker. It's very difficult to take photos of the factory. A secret tip is a vierwing plattform (50°24′20″N11°42′29″E / 50.405652°N 11.708094°E / 50.405652; 11.708094) near Blankenberg, accessible via a small trail. The first image shows the view. The other secret tip is the Wiedetower (50°23′51″N11°42′32″E / 50.397391°N 11.708764°E / 50.397391; 11.708764) on the bavarian site, built as a memorial for the founder of the pulp mill.

The Höllental railway is the southern part of the Triptis - Marxgrün railway on the bavarian site. After the separation of Germany to BRD and DDR, the railway was cut at the borderline near Blechschmidtenhammer. The rails in West-Germany were dismantled. Today only a few buildings testify from the railway: A bridge over the Selbitz river, two tunnels and the railstation Lichtenberg at Blechschmidtenhammer. Receive is also the embankment for the rails, but tt serves as a dry biotope.
