I'm assuming the following was in good faith, but I definitely believe your edits were wrong:

• this edit adds Category:Males with dreadlocks to Category:Jamal Joseph.
• I revert with the edit summary "revert: the haircut someone may have at a particular time does not belong in the category for the person"
• You repeat the edit, no edit summary no discussion.

(And of course, the converse edits on the four photos in the category.)

Since you are editing anonymously I have no idea of your level of experience, but:

• to reiterate the rationale of my edit: someone's haircut can change over time. It's not a permanent characteristic of the person, so it doesn't belong in the category for the person.
• I explained what I was doing in the edit summary. You reverted me without an explanation.
• I don't want an edit war here, but unless you give a good rationale for your version, I intend to revert it again, under the same rationale I gave and that you ignored. - Jmabel ! talk 04:41, 27 March 2019 (UTC)
