Do not reopen a discussion at COM:ANU once it has been closed by an admin. Jcb (talk) 17:32, 3 March 2019 (UTC)

@Jcb: Hello, I know, one always can turn a whistlers whistle against him. Changing the closing message on the page and then threaten me with a block is a power play, not worth a good administrator. Do analyse my messages there, because we do have only few possibilities to make reflect administrators about their behavior. I retreated my filemover rights to clear my message from personal interst for me and to focus on Multichill. I know @Multichill: personnally for a decade, a good programmer, hard working, but with a tendency to power play as well. And as he now without any reflection posted [that message], and did not answer my questions about it, I took the occasion to confront him with that. @Richardkiwi:, understanding dutch also, agrees with me and he gave what Multichill did the qualification insane. I advise you and Multichill to study https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Community_health_initiative. --Havang(nl) (talk) 10:36, 4 March 2019 (UTC)
You don't need to tell me how to do my job. We don't accept the AN/U noticeboard to be used for personal vengeance, that's why we close such topics. Jcb (talk) 15:57, 4 March 2019 (UTC)
@Jcb:THanks for reacting. It's not personal vengeance, it's a real problem, which I trie to keep isolated around one case. Multichill needs te reflect about its behaviour. As @Richardkiwi: mentioned: the admins need to reflect about that. If it's not the AN/U noticeboard, indicate me the page where I can get real response. --Havang(nl) (talk) 17:16, 4 March 2019 (UTC)
You could have tried to talk about the disagreement at User talk:Multichill rather than reporting the user. Jcb (talk) 22:17, 4 March 2019 (UTC)
@Jcb:. I tried, on my page, on his page, he didn't repond. I was once for a short time administrator. I interfered as administrator with a user, who then held me a mirror by critisising an edit of me as user. I found that he was right, but three admins started defending me as administrator, not judging that user's message. I did not find that correct, I thought it over and decided to give away my admins rights, not wanting a dual role and keeping to only one function. See on this perspective my intervention concerning Mutichill. Greetings--Havang(nl) (talk) 12:27, 5 March 2019 (UTC)
