Sorry, but images from the English Wikipedia that are marked as fair use cannot be saved over here at the Commons. See Commons:Licensing#Material under the fair use clause is not allowed on the Commons. Thanks. Zzyzx11 23:48, 14 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
Under most countries, institution logos are also under copyright, all rights reserved, and therefore also must follow fair use laws. Is there a specific source or citation that says that the IPS logo and the other images you uploaded are free content? If so, then it could be kept. Thanks.
