Hi Pinkilla,
are you by yourself the lady depicted in this image or did you only get the image from her? --Túrelio (talk) 15:23, 28 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

She just give me the image and ask to me to post the image here. Pinkilla (chat) 15:25, 28 August 2009 (UTC)
Hmm, in that case we do need a permission from her or from the photographer. Go to Commons:Email templates (there is also a language version in French), take the permission template, fill-in the filename and the license type, mail that all to her and ask her to put the date and her name on it and mail it back to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org . You might also reconsider to choice of license. PD means that everybody can do nearly everything with that image and does not even need to credit the photographer. I would recommend to choose a Creative-Commons license, such as {{Cc-by-sa-3.0}} or {{Cc-by-sa-2.0-fr}}. That requires from every re-user to credit the photographer and to release all derivatives under the same license; it simply gives you a little bit more control over the image. Thanks. --Túrelio (talk) 15:34, 28 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
