Original copyright for "Donald Duck and His Nephews" was Walt Disney and Florence Brumbaugh, 1939, with a following copyright 1949 (see also D.C. Heath and Company). Image was shot while book was publicly for sale, in public. Feel free to delete; not worth defending. Tim-desser (talk) 14:26, 23 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

The Gary Oldman book covers of Tinker Tailor were published by Penguin, First Edition 5 October 2011. Not "derivative"; not exclusively a "poster" as the graphic work was intended to fully market the full release of Tinker Tailor with Oldman's 2011 performance as the visual lead. Books in the photo are Penguin's from a public book shelf in a public store, for public sale. Tim-desser (talk) 14:13, 23 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
