There is and unknown ip-editor on the Atlas of Serbia who is edit-warring by using proxies. I suspect PANONIAN to be this person and I enumerated here the reasons why I do believe this. However, even if this vandal is not PANONIAN (I mean, I just suspect him, I don't accuse him as long as a checkuser isn't made yet), I think there must be done something, because this edit war must end in some way. As I know, in the English Wikipedia in such cases of edit-wars by ip-users, the dispued page is blocked for non-registered users for a certain time.
