Unfortunately, his photo File:Paris, France, Hotel Biron (actual musee Rodin) - Statue "Baiser".jpg is not a photo of a "monument historique" or a part of a monument protected by the French ministry of Culture : paintings or sculptures inside of a protected building are not protected like the building. I have to remove it from WLM contest.

The statue of Athena exits in the garden of Romanian Academy and I made photographies for the International Competition Wiki Loves Monuments 2013. All the images are made by me with the photo camera NIKON COOLPIX L100. It is not a copy right. I do not understand what is wrong with these images! I think there is not a problem. The statue is very beautiful and I consider that it can be photographing. These photographies participated at the International Competition Wiki Loves Monuments 2013, and it was OK. The jury did not remove them. You can see this examining all the images with the Athena statue in the garden of the Romanian Academy. Who made this statues? I want to know the reasons do not made photographies of this statue.

Wikimedia Commons is happy to announce that the second round of the 2013 Picture of the Year competition is now open. This year will be the eighth edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2013) to produce a single Picture of the Year.

Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year were entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.

There are two total rounds of voting. In the first round, you voted for as many images as you liked. The top 30 overall and the most popular image in each category have continued to the final. In the final round, you may vote for just one image to become the Picture of the Year.

Dear Britchi Mirela,

The 2013 Picture of the Year competition has ended and we are pleased to announce the results: We shattered participation records this year — more people voted in Picture of the Year 2013 than ever before. In both rounds, 4070 different people voted for their favorite images. Additionally, there were more image candidates (featured pictures) in the contest than ever before (962 images total).

• In the first round, 2852 people voted for all 962 files
• In the second round, 2919 people voted for the 50 finalists (the top 30 overall and top 2 in each category)

We congratulate the winners of the contest and thank them for creating these beautiful images and sharing them as freely licensed content:

1. 157 people voted for the winner, an image of a lightbulb with the tungsten filament smoking and burning.

Navigând pe INTERNET am văzut o secțiune "Statues in Bucharest-Flommons" că trei poze făcute de mine, şi anume poze a trei statui din Casa Monteoru, poze încărcate pe INTERNET via Wikimedia, la concursul Wiki Love Monuments 2013, apar ca "From Dan Mihai Pitea". Vă rog să corectați ca "From Britchi Mirela". Acest Dan Mihai Pitea le-a pus în pagina Wikipedia Monteoru House, foarte bine, nu am nimic de reproşat, ba din contră, mă bucură, pentru că spune de cine sunt făcute, adică eu, Britchi Mirela. Nu ştiu cine a făcut "Statues in Bucharest-Flommons", dar aş vrea să corecteze că aceste poze ale statuilor din Casa Monteoru sunt "From Britchi Mirela". Flommons

Referitor la mesajul dvs. din iunie prin care vă plângeați de atribuirea greșită a unor imagini către Dan Mihai Pitea în locul dumneavoastră, aș vrea să precizez câteva lucruri:

• Flommons e o unealtă realizată de un wikipedist anume, nu de comunitate în general. Deoarece imaginile de pe Wikimedia Commons au o licență liberă, ele pot fi folosite de oricine, dacă menționează autorul corect. Totuși, comunitatea nu are niciun fel de control asupra acestor reutilizări și este în primul rând responsabilitatea (și interesul) autorului să își ceară drepturile de la autorii site-urilor respective.
• În cazul de față, atribuirea greșită venea de la faptul că dl. Pitea a încărcat o altă variantă, ușor modificată (îndreptat, îmbunătățit culori etc.) a imaginilor respecitve. Puteți vedea istoricul încărcărilor în pagina imaginii, ca de exemplu File:Casa_Monteoru-Uniunea_Scriitorilor,_Calea_Victoriei_nr._115,_Bucuresti_sect._1_(Statuie_din_gradina_(3)).jpg.
• Atribuirea greșită era doar în lista de imagini. Dacă dădeați clic pe imagine, ați fi observat că sunteți în continuare trecută la câmpul autor. Am raportat această problemă autorului aici.
• Pagina dvs. de discuție (această pagină) nu este urmărită de alți utilizatori în afară de dvs. Dacă lăsați mesaje aici fără a notifica utilizatorii cărora le sunt destinate, ele nu vor fi văzute. Pentru mesaje în limba română destinate întregii comunități, vă sfătuiesc să scrieți la Cafeneaua Wikipediei în limba română.

Stimate domnule Jmabel

Am vazut, foarte uimita, ca 5 (cinci) imagini cu Garajul CICLOP (str. Magheru. nr. 6-8, sect. 1, Bucuresti), 4 (patru) din anul acesta (2015) si una din anul 2014, sunt in neregula, adica incalc drepturile de autor sau copyright. Dar motivul incalcarii drepturilor de autor nu mi-l spuneti. Ca sa intelegeti mai bine va informez cum au reactionat francezii la o situatie asemanatoare. In 2013 eu am participat si la Wiki Loves Monuments in France cu vreo 60 de poze facute in Paris. Am fotografiat Opera Garnier si din exterior si din interior. Piesa de rezistenta este plafonul salii de spectacole pictat de Marc Chagall. Am pus doua poze in concurs. Imediat cei de la Wikipedia France au reactionat si m-au rugat sa le scot. Mi-au spus motivul: "Familia pictorului nu permite sa se puna imagini din picturile lui Marc Chagall pe INTERNET". Le-am scos. Alt exemplu. In Place Dalida este o statuie (bust) foarte frumoasa a cantaretei Dalida. Am fotografiat aceasta statuie si am pus-o pe INTERNET, dar nu in concurs. Imediat cei de la Wikipedia m-au atentionat ca trebuie sa o scot de pe INTERNET. Mi-au spus motivul: "Sculptorul nu permite". Asa ca va rog sa-mi spuneti clar motivul pentru care ma fac vinovata de incalcarea drepturilor de autor. Mai ales ca nu ati reactionat cand trebuie. Ati lasat pozele in concurs si in 2014 si in 2015. Poza (incheiere pagina) CD "LOUISAMOUR Luiza Cioca Dan Iagnov" imi apartine. Am spus pe coperta din spate cine a facut aceasta poza(Irina Prosan), grafica este facuta de Marius Rusanovski (ROTON),(la indicatiile mele, personal). Acelasi lucru este valabil si pentru Coperta (fata) a CD-ului si Coperta (spate). Toate sunt pozele mele. Eu am vrut sa apara pe CD sub grafica lui Marius Rusanovski. Dar ideea si insiruirea pozelor imi apartin. Subliniez imi aspartin. Aceste imagini doresc sa apara in pagina Dan Iagnov Wikipedia sub Licenta libera la fel ca si celelalte poze care apar in aceasta pagina. Toate pozele care apar in pagina Dan Iagnov Wikipedia il definesc pe compozitorul Dan Iagnov. Nu este nici un Copyright. CD-ul "LOUISAMOUR Luiza Cioca Dan Iagnov" l-am scos in memoriam Dan Iagnov, (care a murit in anul 2012) si Luiza Cioca, (care a murit in anul 2013). Acest CD (500 de unitati),l-am scos pe banii mei personali, (5200 RON - exista contract cu Casa de discuri ROTON). Este un CD nonprofit, nu l-am distribuit in magazine si il ofer gratis la cei care sunt interesati de muzica atat de frumoasa a lui Dan Iagnov.

Acest CD (500 de unitati),l-am scos pe banii mei personali, (5200 RON - exista contract cu Casa de discuri ROTON). Este un CD nonprofit, nu l-am distribuit in magazine si il ofer gratis la cei care sunt interesati de muzica atat de frumoasa a lui Dan Iagnov.

Poza (Coperta spate) CD "LOUISAMOUR Luiza Cioca Dan Iagnov" imi apartine. Am spus pe coperta din spate cine a facut aceasta poza(Irina Prosan), grafica este facuta de Marius Rusanovski (ROTON),(la indicatiile mele, personal). Acelasi lucru este valabil si pentru Coperta (fata) a CD-ului si Coperta (poza de incheiere pagina). Toate sunt pozele mele. Eu am vrut sa apara pe CD sub grafica lui Marius Rusanovski. Dar ideea si insiruirea pozelor imi apartin. Subliniez imi aspartin.
