Cervantes Virtual

Hola L&S, he visto que ha subido un par de imágenes de la Biblioteca Luis Vives (que es la filial en catalán de Cervantes Virtual). Pues si tienes la oportunidad de echarle un vistazo a esto, verás que, en su apartado 4.3.4 se arrogan los derechos de explotación de lo que aparece en su web, incluso si ha pasado al dominio público. Eso afectaría a Image:Pag17.jpg y Image:5086portada.jpg, por lo que habría que borrarlo. De todas formas, le voy a pedir su opinión a Petronas a ver que opina. Hola novio :)

Un/a tal Jodo me ha dicho en mi discusión de Commons que dos de las imágenes de Manson que subí cuando hice Festimad no tenían información sobre el autor y que si no aclaraba el tema iban a borrado rápido. El problema es que las fotos son de la web de un programa de radio, y el chaval que las hizo me dio la autorización en el foro de Festimad, pero ahora el foro de Festimad no guarda ese archivo porque entre ese momento y el momento actual el foro se cayó y cuando lo han vuelto a subir se han perdido todos los temas anteriores a la caída. Le he dicho a Jodo que mandé un email con la autorización a Wikimedia, como pone en las recomendaciones de Commons, y dice que se lo cree y ha quitado el cartelito de violación de copyright. De todas formas creo que habría que poner alguna justificación en la página de las foto por si otra persona se encuentra con lo mismo, y eso no sé como hacerlo. Si es necesario vuelvo a hablar con el chaval que me dio la autorización, aunque él pasa del tema. Te quiero (el te quiero es para compensar el marrón xD Te amo :) (y este porque te echo de menos). El video se llama "bee.wmv" y el archivo lo renombré como "ffmpeg2theora bee.wmv" (ambos estaban en la misma carpeta). Según la página de Theora, al renombrarlo debiera crearse el archivo "bee.wmv.ogg" pero no pasa absolutamente nada. Gracias por tu paciencia. Jorgebarrios 22:28, 19 February 2008 (UTC)

One small request

Could you make sure to indent when participating in conversations? It makes it easier to tell when speaker from another: for example, only through the context could I figure out that this Commons:Café#He_Encontrado_La_Foto_En_Google... was two different speakers. Commons photographers

Hola nuevamente, estaba viendo eso de los "Commons photographers" y no sé qué userbox asignarme. Resulta que la userbox del primer nivel (PH-1) es para aquellos que estén interesados en aprender de fotografía y la (PH-1) es para los principiantes que tengan imágenes de calidad. Entonces, yo ya sé de fotografía, pero no tengo ninguna imagen elegida "de calidad". Yo quiero pertencer algún grupo, pero no sé qué cajita debo usar. ¿Qué opinas?. Otra duda: cuando edito una imagen con Photoshop, le indico que la imagen estará en "dominio público" (información de archivo), pero al momento de subirla acá, en los metadatos dice "Copyright, 2006"... ¿por qué pasa eso?. Jorge Barrios 23:37, 27 March 2008 (UTC)

Bueno, lo de los metadatos no me funcionó, o sea, el de Microsoft necesita validación (soy pirata) y el otro editor es demasiado pesado. No importa, hasta el momento a nadie le ha molestado que en las fotos que subo diga "Copyright 2006". Con respecto a las cajitas, quedé igual porque no quiero ser "irrespetuoso" con aquellos que realmente suben imágenes de calidad. Puede que mi intención sea la de contribuir con lo mejor posible, pero si no cuento con una foto de calidad no usaré la PH-1. En fin, tampoco es algo trascendental, era un caprichito nada más. Fotos de museo

Hola, ayer tomé varias fotos en un museo con la intención de subirlas acá. Son imágenes de objetos históricos y algunas pinturas. Al salir, le pregunté a la encargada del museo si podía publicar las fotos aquí y me dijo que sí, sin embargo, no me dio ninguna autorización por escrito (para yo poder escanearla y exhibirla). ¿Hay algún problema si subo dichas fotos acá?. Licensing must be incorrect, you may want to change it. Template you are using is pd-Old, which states "...public domain because its copyright has expired. This applies to the United States, Canada, the European Union and those countries with a copyright term of life of the author plus 70 years." Photo was taken in 1941, so 1941 plus 70 years equals 2011. The year we're living at the moment is 2008, so even if the author (the guy who took the image) died immediately after the shot, we still have to wait three years.--Ukas (talk) 18:27, 25 July 2008 (UTC)
