- Weak support The nice clock on the tower is interesting enough to feature, though I must say I wish it didn't have such a boring building behind it. Cmao20 (talk) 17:36, 5 August 2020 (UTC)
- Info Constructed in 1931, the Municipal Savings Bank is an iconic example of the German Modernist architecture. Designed by Henrich Rump, the winning project was in line with the modernist style and innovative urban design of Max Berg, creator of the Centennial Hall (UNESCO site). Located in the middle of the Old Town Square, next to Baroque and Renaissance houses, it symbolizes not only power of Silesian economy, but the futuristic vision and ambitions of the city. --Andrei (talk) 18:01, 5 August 2020 (UTC)
- Fair enough. I'm sure it's an important building, but the architecture really doesn't appeal to me. I'm not a fan of modernism overall to be honest. The picture is still good though. Cmao20 (talk) 18:20, 5 August 2020 (UTC)

- Support per Christian, and IMHO the combination of the tower with the bank is interesting because it combines two very different architecture styles. --Aristeas (talk) 15:44, 8 August 2020 (UTC)

- Comment If this weren't a runaway success, I would oppose, somewhat per Cmao20. It's not that the bank is not a good building; it's that it distracts the eye from the right side of the clocktower without anything balancing it out on the left side. There's even somewhat of an extension of the right-heaviness in the background. This is a very technically good photo, though, with beautiful light and pleasant mist. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 03:31, 9 August 2020 (UTC)
