- Yes, I should clarify. It fails all four categories for non-photographic media. It is not notable in its own right, and it is not of high artistic, historical, or illustrative merit. In regards to the quality of the illustration, the most glaring issue is the lion. The line-work is shoddy, and gives no depth; contrast that to the depth of the penguin. The grass is also very poorly done. Compare this coat of arms FP to others in the same category, and it is very apparent that this one is leagues below the others. I believe this was promoted at a time when standards for FP were lower (2007), and does not meet the standard that FP should be held to today. Pbroks13 (talk) 20:03, 12 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
