Reason	A lot of pictures of this statue. It is the central work of art in the "Prunksaal" of State Hall National Library in Vienna, as this Emperor was the founder of it. Creation of a specific gallery, needs a distinguished picture. Best in scope IMO. -- Jebulon (talk)
