Notes |
Robert Getty and Andrew Ross purchased a portion of this property in 1810 and in that year erected the buildings 3005-07 and 3009-11 on "M" and 1206, 1209 and 1210 on 30th street. Thomas Sim Lee (1745-18189) was an active Federalist; twice governor of Maryland, his native state; and an ardent supporter of the American Revolution.
