Notes
  • Significance: The residence stands out in the cityscape of San German for its traditional and elegant features. The one story wooden house with a concrete basement, zinc roofing and separate garage was constructed ca. 1917, according to the original owner, Mrs. Delia Lopez de Acosta. Interiors are ornamented with patterns created by decorative stenciling on the walls. The beautifully preserved decoration of this residence makes it unique not only in the town of San German, but an outstanding example of the very few similar to it still remaining in Puerto Rico today...
