Notes
  • Significance: This Pratt truss bridge was constructed in the early years of the twentieth century to provide north-south access across the Snake River. The need for River crossings increased as development of the Minidoka Projects took place. Murtaugh was on the railway, and therefore, access to it desirable. The primary significance of the bridge is its age relative to those of the communities it serves.
  • Survey number: HAER ID-1
  • Building/structure dates: 1916 Initial Construction
