This apartment house,which is substantially uniform with the seventeen additionalbuildings since constructed from the Peabody fund, is fivestories high, built around a hollow square, thus giving plentyof fresh air and sunshine to the rear as well as the front ofthe entire building. The square affords a large playgroundfor the children where they are in no danger of being runover by vehicles, and where they are under the immediateeye of many of the parents. The building is divided intotenements of one, two, and three room apartments, accordingto the requirements of the occupant.
