Notes
  • Significance: Constructed by the Civilian Conservation Corp using a standard Forest Service Region Four plan (R4-53), but with log siding rather than a specified siding type. It is thus associated with the Federal Depression recovery effort, representative of a method of construction, but also locally unique because of the sidings. The residence originally served a seasonal Forest Guard engaged in fire suppression in the Island Park area.
  • Survey number: HABS ID-65-B
