SPITAL NO. 9, A. E. F. 23 January 14, 1919, The Hospital was officiallyturned over to Base Hospital No. 63. There were 559patients under our care at that time. January 25, 1919. Went on Priority saihng listin the Chief Surgeons Office. February id, 1919. Dismissed from duty in theA. E. F. March 5, 1919. Left Chateauroux for Nantes asper S. O. 55 Par. 5 Hdqrs. S. O. S. March 16, 1919. Nurses sailed from Brest on theLeviathan. April 5, 1919. All but five officers detached andsent to Brest. They sailed on the George WashingtonApril 8, 1919. April ii, 1919. Organization left Vallet for St.Nazaire. April 14, 1919. Organization went aboard thePrincess Mitoika as per S. O. 103, Par. 22 Hq. Emb.Camp. April 16, 1919. Sailed from France. April 27, 1919. Landed at Newport News, Va.,and proceeded to Camp Hill. May 3, 1919. Went aboard the steamer Jamestownto sail for New York. May 4, 1919. Landed in New York. May 5, 1919. Moved to Camp Upton, where theorganization was discharged from the service.
