Description
English: Blackwall Reach & GreenwichA view from the north up Blackwall Reach, with a brig heading downstream under sail to the left and ships laid up to the right. The title would imply that the larger of these might be Indiamen off the East India company yard and dock at Blackwall, but other detail suggests the shipping elements may have been based on a view downstream from off Deptford Dockyard. See PAD1369 for a hand-coloured copy, including visible title.
