Text Appearing Before Image:
cedence is given to those who reside in Massachusetts. Tilling-hast Hall is occupied chiefly by senior students. The assignment ofrooms to students in the schools is made just before the close of thespring term. Payments. Forty dollars is to be paid by each young woman, and forty-twoand one-half dollars by each young man, at the beginning ofthe term; and the same amount for each at the end of tenweeks from the beginning of each term. These payments arerequired to be strictly in advance. The object of this payment inadvance is to secure the purchase of supplies at wholesale cashprices, thereby keeping down the price of board and saving to eachboarder much more than the interest of the money advanced. Furniture. Each boarder is required to bring bedding, towels, napkins, andnapkin-ring, and clothes-bag. Ladies will adapt their bedding tosingle beds, gentlemen to double beds. It is required that everyarticle which goes to the laundry be distinctly and indehbly markedwith the owners name.
