English: St. John's in the Village was an Episcopal church located at 220 West 11th Street at the corner of Waverly Place (HABS errs in calling this "Wavery Place") within the Greenwich Village Historic District of Manhattan, New York City. Built in 1846, it burned down in 1971 and was replaced by a modern church with evocations of the Greek Revival style of the older church.
