On thecontrary, a .careful study of his offerings reveal a deepseated ambit inn to have his products enjoy the same highplane in American commerce that his European neigh-bors have gained for theirs. Probably the greatest advancement has been made inthe output of high-class dinner ware, and this is as itshould be, for after all, the making of the highest classdinner ware should he the aim of every potter whoaspires to keep in the front of his field.
