Nederlands: Drieluik. Op het middenpaneel de Aanbidding der koningen. Een koning knielt en kust de hand van het Christuskind, hij heeft zijn kroon en scepter op de grond gelegd. Rechts de andere koningen met hun geschenken en gevolg. Op het linker zijpaneel de geknielde mannelijke schenker met zes zonen en de heilige Joris met een vaandel. Op de lessenaar het wapen van de familie Van Rooy. Op de rechter zijpaneel de geknielde vrouwelijk schenker met vijf dochters en de heilige Anna-te drieën. Hier het wapen van de familie Francken (of Vrancken).
