ISl residents, provided only that residents and non-residents taking out anyspecial game or angling license as required in any of the provincialparks or reserves be not required to pay this fee in addition to that ofsuch license. ( 7l That special attention be paid in the provincial forest reservesto the eomfort of visitors in the matters of keeping portages clear, pre-paring camps and landing places and posting up suitable informationas to these and other matters at convenient points. (8) That the license of any guide employed in any of the provincialforest reserves be forthwith cancelled on the detection of any careless-ness on his part in regard to due precautions against fire, no matterwhere or when such detection may take place, and that this regulationbe explained to tourists employing guides in the reserves. (9) That a system be instituted whereby all such firearms as for onereason or another have to be carried through provincial forest reserve
