Notes
  • Significance: In 1940 when the building was assessed by the HABS district officer, Philip Creer, the (Six Principle Baptist Congregation) meeting house was described as having a frame structure with a pitched roof, old shingles (some saved) that were hand split, and a framework of hewn, sturdy oak logs.

The 1971 HABS catalogue noted that the building had a three-bay facade and a center entrance that faced the pulpit and elders bench. The building burned around 1962.
