Mr. Bailey and LordDelamere are considered the patriotic leaders of thecolony and the end is not yet. This is another illustration of the immensely in-dividualistic character of the Anglo-Saxon. Hereis a colony of three thousand Englishmen, tryingto raise a revolution in a land inhabited by fivemillion blacks, against a Government directing thedestiny of four hundred million human beings.
