  • Significance: Standing adjacent to the road and just to the north of a branch of Cooks Creek, it is a part of an active and extensive farm complex of 19 buildings and structures, including the farmhouse, barn, carriage house, corn cribs, chicken houses, wells, sheds and silos. The main facade and entrance to the log kitchen faces north to the farmhouse, and it is in close proximity and alignment with the late 19th century carriage house/garage and butchering shed...
