hshall receive a fee of one dollar from each graduate or licentiate, and nofurther charge shall be made to such applicant; but if it be found tobe fraudulent, or not lawfully owned by the possessor, the board shallbe entitled to charge and collect twenty dollars of the applicant present-ing such diploma; the verification of the diploma shall consist in the affi-davit of the holder and applicant, that he is the lawful possessor of thesame, and that he is the. person therein named; such affidavit may betaken before any person authorized to administer oaths, and the sameshall be attested under the hand and official seal of such officer, if hehave a seal. Graduates may present iheir diplomas and affidavits as pro-vided in this act, by letter or by proxy, and the State Board of Healthshall issue a certificate as though the owner of the diploma was present. Sec. 6874. Examinations Made by Board.—All examinations of per-sons not graduates or licentiates shall be made directly by the board,

See. 6875, Certificates to be Eecorded With County Clerk.—Everyperson holding a certificate from the State Board of Health shall haveit recorded in the office of the county clerk of the county in whichhe resides, and the record shall be indorsed thereon; any person removingto another county to practice medicine and surgery shall procure an in-dorsement to that effect on the certificate from the clerk of the countycourts and shall have the certificate recorded in the office of the clerk ofthe county to which he removes, and the holder of the certificate shallpay to said clerk of said county the usual fees for making the record.
