Title
Polished Leaf Shaped Flint Implement
Description
English: A fragment from an unpatinated leaf-shaped flint implement. The flint is dark brown in colour and has polished edges. It measures 34.26mm in length, 14.04mm in width, 5.52mm in thickness, and weighs 2.85g. This fragment is probably from a polished flint axehead, although it could possibly belong to a polished edged ('discoidal') knife. It dates to the Neolithic period.
