Notes
  • Significance: Charles Hudson, in 1735, patented 2000 acres of land near Little Ivy Creek. This land was owned by several families over the years. This Spring Hill building was built c. 1765. It is thought that this structure was used as a claim house and later used as slave quarters. Junius R. Fishburne, the present owner, now uses it as rental property.
