Vice-President shall succeed him. Sec. 4. A majority of the Board of Directors present at anymeeting of the Board shall constitute a quorum for the trans-action of business. ARTICLE VIILElection. The officers of this Association shall be elected by ballot, onthe first Sunday in March of each year, and shall hold office forone year or until the successors are duly elected and qualified. ARTICLE IX. Meetings. Section i. The meetings shall begin on the first Monday ofMarch and continue to be held every Monday until the last Mon-day in September; meetings to be called at 8 oclock sharp. Themeeting place is 74 Dearborn Street. Sec. 2. The President shall call special meetings of the Asso-ciation upon the written petition or request of ten clubs in goodstanding or by resolution of the Board of Directors. Sec. 3. The President shall give one weeks notice to clubsof the annual election and meetings by notices in the press or bymail, at least two days notice of all special meetings, and shall
