B., Vol. XXIX) by Benvenuto 16275; 2d dam Queenof the Realm by Star of the Realm 11021; 3d dam imp. ForestQueen, a very noted Aylmer-Booth cow imported by the Hon. M.H. Cochrane, sold at Abram Vanmeters sale of Aug. 2, 1873, for$2,000, and the dam of the late Gen. Merediths famous show bullForest Napier 11973. Benvenutos Booth now stands at the headof the Riverdale Herd of Mr. S. E. Prather, Springfield, 111., theengraving being from a painting from life by Burk, showing theanimal after he had just turned three years of age. (214)
