Ses feuilles fontplacées alternativement fur des pédicules longs de trois quarts depouce : elles font étroites à leur commencement, sélargifent (ssarrondirent à leurs extrémités, font longues de deux pouces, &larges dun pouce, où elles le font le plus, font dun verd brillant, &nont quune feule côte. Ses fleurs qui font tubuleufes, (S divifées enhaut par quatre feBions, font blanches, excepté quen dedans il y àune légère nuance de rouge : elles naiffent par bouquets à lextrémitédes branches. Ces Arbriffeaux croijjent aans piu/ieurs des îles de Bahama fur,es rivages pleins ae rochers, & parmi les herbes marines.
