Notes
  • Significance: Structure R is a partially dismantled wood frame house. The house is located at the end of a small southwest to northeast trending valley along the south side of Horse Thief Draw. The structure is approximately 1/2 mile northwest of Superior. The structure is a wood frame house which has been partially disassembled through abandonment and vandalism. The house is an L-shaped wood frame structure on a concrete foundation. The house is basically rectangular with the long axis running north to south. A small south wing extends south from the south end of the house. The overall dimensions are, including the south wing, 49 feet 10 inches north to south, by 20 feet 4 inches east to west. The south wing is 9 feet 10 inches long north to south by 8 feet 0 inches east to west. The roof of the structure is a hipped roof with a smaller hipped roof covering the south wing and merging with the main roof.
