Waylaid with real life, so this is drifting by a few weeks. The bureaucracy around this is discouraging, so the personal incentive to pursue this has been eroding, there are few rewards for this sort of volunteer work and you are far more likely just to become a target for shooting practice. I think the hey-days of Wikimedia being fun are long gone, it's about policing and punishment. Yuck. Started: Jan 2014.
