Thanks for uploading File:Tatra_603_sidelook.jpg. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.

Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own).

The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:Tatra_603_sidelook.jpg]]) and the above demanded information in your request.

Hi! There are two problems. The first one is that there is not license on the images. All images must have a license telling others the terms of using the images. A license could be {{Cc-by-sa-2.0}} (see Commons:Licensing#Acceptable_licenses). The second problem is that the images have a license on Flickr that is not allowed on Commons (like Attribution-Noncommercial 2.0 Generic). "Noncommercial" is not allowed on Commons so the Flickr user must either change the license on Flickr to one without "Noncommercial" or send a permission to OTRS that allows the license the images have on Commons. --MGA73 (talk) 18:32, 8 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Here the answer of him:

the new trail of tears Kein Name angegeben Betreff: Re: Tatra 603 or T603

It's very funny to see my own car with all these different modifications that people do to it in photo processing programmes!

Great work!

Dave

Hi AK09! Ok. So File:Superb combi.jpg will be deleted. As for File:Tatra_603_sidelook.jpg the email above is not enough. Flickr user should either change the license on Flickr should change license to http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.0/deed.en or http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.0/ or send a mail to OTRS telling that he is the author of the image and that he accepts that the images is released under the xxx-license etc. as stated in the standard Email template. --MGA73 (talk) 20:30, 11 November 2009 (UTC)Reply
