Band logo
editHi, and welcome back. I saw your post at the help desk about a band's logo. If they only have an article on the english wikipedia you may be best off uploading a low resolution (300px wide) image there. It has two difficult issues with copyright as you stated. When was it created and threshold of originality. You could upload a full size one to commons and if someone tags it for deletion review the commmunity will decide to keep a better version here or not.--Canoe1967 (talk) 14:11, 14 January 2013 (UTC)
