Problema con la licencia

Hola: esta página tiene mal la licencia. Has puesto que sos la autora de la fotografía, pero evidentemente no es así (es de 1940, y por tu nick se intuye que tenés treinta y pocos). Deberías consultar en el café cómo cambiar la licencia (y recordá que subir imágenes con licencia incorrecta no está permitido). Saludos. Ferbr1 23:49, 1 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

El problema es el que te describo más arriba. Habías puesto, en la licencia, que eras la autora de una fotografía sacada antes de que nacieras, y como que no puede ser...

Todo el tiempo uno se encuentra con toneladas de fotografías que "es obvio" que "debería de poder usarse", pero bueno, Wikipedia tiene reglas estrictas en ese sentido (básicamente, se abre muchísimo el paragüas antes de que llueva, porque éste es un proyecto sin grandes sumas de dinero de por medio, y de ese modo se pretende evitar juicios por plagio, etcétera). Google tiene páginas como Youtube que "permite" a sus usuarios subir material con derechos de autor porque Google es muy poderoso, pero Wikipedia no lo es.

Deberías informarte sobre qué legislación hay en Colombia sobre derechos de fotos antiguas. Podés preguntarlo en el Café, o a cualquier administrador, como los que te han escrito en tu página de discusión.
