You can only upload images released by the copyright owner under a free license. The copyright owner must allow anybody to use the image for any purpose, including commercial use. Hola. Como te dice Thuresson arriba, deberías leer Commons:Sobre las licencias. En esta página, se explica, entre muchas otras cosas, lo que preguntas. Para cambiar la licencia, vas a a la página de descripción de la imagen que quieres editar, Image:Pilota tennis taula.gif, por ejemplo, haces clic en "edit" o "editar" si tienes la interfaz en español, y colocas el nombre de la licencia entre llaves ("{{}}"). Puedes escoger una licencia de Commons:Marcas de derechos de autor. Nota, por favor, que sólo tienes el derecho a cambiar la licencia si la obra es tuya. Hola, MarkCat. Has subido varias imágenes con copyright de otros sitios y las has marcado como tuyas propias y además bajo la licencia de documentación libre GNU. Para arreglar este problema:

En la página de descripción la etiqueta equivocada debe ser tachada y se debe agregar {{copyvio}} al igual que un breve texto explicatorio justificando el borrado de la imagen.
La imagen tiene que ser desenlazada en todos los proyectos.

Creo que por ahora estas imágenes sólo se usan en la wiki en catalán, así que te pido que las desenlaces (que la retires de los artículos en que se usa) y que no la vuelvas a enlazar en ninguna otra página.

Parecería que no entiendes el proceso de subida en Commons. Por ejemplo, entre las imágenes que has subido a Commons se encuentra un mapa del servicio de mapas de google, que también tiene copyright y que no es de licencia libre. Sin embargo, tú la marcaste como una obra tuya y bajo la GFDL. Espero que realmente entiendas qué quieren decir esas etiquetas y que no las estés poniendo únicamente para evitar que se borren. Te aconsejo que leas Commons:Sobre las licencias. También te pido de favor que nos ayudesal corregir los errores que has introducido en Commons siguiendo el proceso que te indico arriba. Hola de nuevo. Te la querían borrar con toda la razón. Si una imagen tiene copyright restrictivo, es decir, que no se permite copiarla y modificarla libremente; no se puede subir a Commons. Commons no acepta estas imágenes. Te pido una vez más que leas Commons:Sobre las licencias. Te ayudará a entender todo esto. Para poner un ejemplo, esta imagen la marcaste como tuya y bajo la GFDL y yo la encuentro aquí. Te reitero que falsificar las licencias (poner cualquier cosa para que no te borren las imágenes)tiene sus consecuencias acá. Saludos--Orgullomoore 18:40, 20 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications.
