i have created a new image and replace usage of the old file on other wikimedia pages by new image . But whenever i search the event, the old image pops up in google search bar. why does it happen? For future reference, "I have one that is higher resolution" is not sufficient reason to overwrite an SVG. As vector graphics can be scaled up and down without pixelation, and can be rendered at any desired resolution, the only valid criteria for overwriting an SVG is if the new version contains new, different, or improved shape data. In this case, the version uploaded by VenezuelanSpongeBobFan2004 was definitely a downgrade, as it removed shape data present in the previous version (the text TM at the bottom). Map is out of date regarding Belarus, where the All-Belarusian People's Assembly is formally described by the Constitution as the "highest representative organ of the people's government of the Republic of Belarus" (see here). It has additionally been described as similar to the Politburo of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union in terms of power by Radio Liberty and political analyst Vadzim Mažejka (in an interview with Novy Čas), among other sources. Text might need to be adjusted to accomodate, as the legislature of the Republic of Belarus is bicameral.

Hi. I'm working together with the administrators of the newly-opened Malay Wikisource, and we are adding our logo. The one initially uploaded had issues with the text coming up as text rather than curves, which I have addressed in my revision, but I was unable to replace the image. But the source uses it to mean the DPRK. I think this falls under "uncontroversial corrections to diagrams, maps, or charts, if a more accurate version is available". This image is currently encoded in Palette mode. This is unnecessary, because all of the colors specified in the palette are fully-opaque shades of gray. This means that the image can be changed over to Grayscale mode, where each pixel remains only 8 bits (each pixel is now a literal value of gray rather than an index into the palette), and it is no longer necessary to store a palette at the beginning of the file, and the file has shrunk to 3.31 MB in size. Because this image's resolution is small enough that it does not have lower-resolution preview versions, improvements to the size of this file will benefit loading speeds on all pages where this image is used. The pixel format is fine, as RGBA is correct and warranted due to more than 256 different colors in the image and alpha-antialiased edges on the blocks.
